About us Foundation HEMOPO DOOEL was established in February 2018, as a result of a several years of investigation on the formulation of the innovative product VITRUM GUARD. It was found by Prof. Dr. Vladimir Ivanovski, as a start-up company at the Faculty of Natural Sciences and Mathematics at the Ss. Cyril and Methodius University in Skopje, Republic of Macedonia.
